Stat Enhancements :
1. Berries
A Pokemon's nature also determines the berries it likes and dislikes. Each type of berry is linked to one stat:
- Attack - Spicy
- Defense - Sour
- Speed - Sweet
- Special Attack - Dry
- Special Defense - Bitter
The berry a Pokemon likes is the corresponding flavor of its raised stat, while the berry it dislikes is the flavor of its lowered stat.
Example:
A Pokemon of Adamant nature will like Spicy berries (Attack is raised) and dislike Dry berries (Special Attack is lowered).
